COVID-19 Working Capital Access Loan Program is CLOSED

Notice: Per the order of Governor Tom Wolf the BCDA office is closed until further notice.

Due to overwhelming demand, the COVID -19 Working Capital Access (CWCA) loan program was closed for new applications at 6 PM on March 31.

Staff is working remotely from home.
